Consultation
Twenty minutes, never less. We pull mood-board references, examine your hair under three light temperatures (warm, cool, daylight), and discuss the cut you're imagining versus the cut your hair will actually carry. The plan is co-authored.

Scalp Ritual
A pre-service scalp massage with our house-blended jojoba and rosemary oil. Eight minutes. Performed by an assistant trained at Aveda Institute. We do not skip this step. It is the difference.

The Service
Cut, color, treatment — whatever you came for, executed without rushing. We do not double-book. While color processes, you choose from a curated tea service or a glass of Domaine Tempier rosé. Lunch from Erewhon is brought in at no charge if you're with us through midday.

Finishing
Your stylist styles you the way you'll style yourself tomorrow morning, then teaches you the technique. We send you home with a sample of the styling product you used and the exact heat setting noted in your file.

Send-Off
A polaroid for your file. A small bottle of our house oil to refresh your ends. A confirmation email with your next appointment held — same stylist, same chair, same time — eight weeks out.
